The Central Government
The Central Government is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Binjing. The Central Government, and the province as a whole, is currently led by Premier Binero. The Premier establishes overall priorities and directs the government’s activities. They are supported by a Cabinet of Ministers, each responsible for specific areas of governance.

The People’s Congress
The People’s Congress is currently led by President Karo_Dostoyevska.
The People’s Congress is the main forum within the Communist Party of Binjing (CPB). Every Party Member, whether full or provisional, is a member of the Congress.
The Congress serves the following key purposes:
- It is an opportunity for the cabinet to report on their work and the state of the province.
- It is a forum for debating priorities, future projects, and taxes.
- The Congress alone can replace the Premier, and confirm or remove Party Members.
Local Units
Local Units are the basic subdivisions of governance within the province of Binjing. Each Local Unit is led by a Party Secretary, who serves as the representative of the Central Government and the Party within their Local Unit. The Party Secretary’s responsibilities include:
- Collecting local taxes in cooperation with the Minister of Administration.
- Implementing policies directed by the Central Government on a local level.
- Maintaining a welcome and attractive environment for the residents of the Local Unit.
- Maintaining communication between the Local Unit and the rest of the Party, representing the Party’s interests to the residents, and the residents’ interests to the Party.
There are currently four Party Secretaries in Binjing, each responsible for at least one Local Unit:
- Binero
- GinaBee2
- LofiKittenEv
- ruu_la
How the Province is divided into Local Units is decided by the Premier, who can also appoint or remove Party Secretaries at any time. They will usually do so in consultation with the People’s Congress, and any Party Members living in the Local Unit.
