Who is who?

There are many different hats to wear in Binjing. Here is an overview of everyone significant in the province, and what they do.

The Central Government

The Central Government is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Binjing. The Central Government, and the province as a whole, is currently led by Premier Binero. The Premier establishes overall priorities and directs the government’s activities. They are supported by a Cabinet of Ministers, each responsible for specific areas of governance.

The Premier can hire and fire Ministers at any time. However, to retain control over the province, the People’s Congress can replace the Premier at any time, with a simple majority vote. The Premier cannot be removed without a replacement, to ensure continuity of leadership.

The People’s Congress

The People’s Congress is currently led by President Karo_Dostoyevska.

The People’s Congress is the main forum within the Communist Party of Binjing (CPB). Every Party Member, whether full or provisional, is a member of the Congress.

Local Units

Local Units are the basic subdivisions of governance within the province of Binjing. Each Local Unit is led by a Party Secretary, who serves as the representative of the Central Government and the Party within their Local Unit. The Party Secretary’s responsibilities include:

How the Province is divided into Local Units is decided by the Premier, who can also appoint or remove Party Secretaries at any time. They will usually do so in consultation with the People’s Congress, and any Party Members living in the Local Unit.
