Local Unit Evictions

Party Secretaries may evict their residents for whatever reason they see fit. They must, however, remember that they are party secretaries first and foremost and should always act in the best interest of the province and the party.

The eviction process starts when the Party Secretary issues an eviction notice to their resident. To comply with server rules, this must include the following information:

Eviction notices must be communicated in the appropriate channel for the local unit. Additionally, the Party Secretary must deliver a copy of the eviction notice to the Central Government.

Once the eviction period is over or cancelled, the Party Secretary must notify the Central Government of the outcome. If the eviction was completed, the resident will lose all property rights along with their citizenship/residency status and the Party Secretary will take ownership of any belongings left behind after the eviction period has ended. Any money left behind must be added to the LUT of the Local Unit.

Both Party Secretaries and evictees should read up on the server rules regarding evictions to ensure compliance. Reach out to the Minister of Administration if you have any questions about the eviction process.
